Phonebook

In what format can I import my contacts?

Can I export my phonebook contacts to PC?
You can export the phone book contacts on your PC in Excel format by simply clicking [Export Contacts]. You can also find in the file, all the entries relating to each contact (Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, E-mail, Home Phone, Work Phone, Fax, Address, City, Zip Code, State, Country, company, Qualification, Gender).

Can I edit a contact?
The contacts can be modified in the Contact manage section inside the book. Just select the contact you want to change and click on the edit icon, so the contact card will appear on which you can act and apply the necessary changes.

Have I some limitations in the creation of groups?
Groups help in the management of contacts to send sms and fax and there is no limit to the number of groups that can be created in the directory.

How do I recharge my account?
EasyOffice offers the ability to recharge the prepaid account with multiple payment terms to ensure maximum flexibility to its users.

Payment by credit card on-line

For each transaction made with the PayPal account the customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

Payment by bank transfer
If you are not in possession of a credit card, you can recharge your account by bank transfer or purchase services. Once you have selected your payment method you will find all the information necessary to complete the transaction. The timescales for crediting of charging is about 4/5 days (depending on the bank) or by fax 24 hours ahead of the payment slip to our Sales Department.

How can I recharge my free credits?
EasyOffice gives you the opportunity to access bonus credits by using the 'Invite A Friend'. In case of failure is the operation automatically repeated?
Yes, the operation is repeated 7 times every 5 minutes, the user will see the icon 'in the queue'. In case of failure the icon changes to 'failed'.

Do I also pay the undelivered fax pages?
With EasyOffice will be scaled only the number of pages sent. If the interruption occurs during the sending of the first page the cost is 1 credit, but if the page is not just sent, because the fax is busy or does not respond, nothing is deducted and the sending is repeated.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of sendings per week?
EasyOffice does not have unlimited fax sending daily or weekly, you can use the service to send massive promotional messages via fax simply selecting the 'Massive' option before filling out the fax.

EasyOffice lets you send the files in you Dropbox Folders as FAX or lets you store received FAXes in Dropbox. To use Dropbox, the first time you want to use this service, you simply need to connect or register to Dropbox. You need to connect to Dropbox only once.

When send a FAX, you need to click on 'Attach files from your Dropbox' to enter in your Dropbox Folders.
